The NEXT Foodservice + Hospitality Expo returns to Calgary's BMO Centre on September 13 and 14, 2026, bringing together owners, operators, chefs, bartenders, suppliers, and everyone who keeps this industry running every day.

Across two days, the show floor brings together more exhibitors than any other show in Western Canada, unveiling what's next for your success. You'll see live culinary demonstrations led by incredible chefs from some of Canada's leading kitchens, along with the return of the Flair Bartenders Association. They are back in Canada at NEXT with world-class mixology and a flair competition you have to see in person.

There are four full workshop rooms running classes all day, led by expert coaches, consultants, and industry leaders from across the country. The NEXT Main Stage will feature panel conversations and keynote talks built around what it actually takes to succeed in this business.
