Stuart Lachovsky is VP of Global Partnerships at Sadie AI, the Montreal-based voice AI platform purpose-built for the restaurant industry, where he leads partner ecosystem development, commercial strategy, and go-to-market across POS, reservations, delivery, and payments platforms. He works closely with partners including Square, Toast, OpenTable, SevenRooms, and TripleSeast to bring always-on voice AI to restaurants across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

With nearly three decades in technology sales leadership across the hospitality and restaurant space, Stuart has built a career on relationship-led partnerships and a deep understanding of how technology drives real results for operators.
