Marc started as a baker at 13 in Ottawa, then after completing courses in retail meat cutting and culinary arts Marc traveled west the Iconic Banff Springs hotel. He continued his culinary career in Calgary working from to sous-chef to Food and Beverage Manager and Corporate Chef.

After nearly 20 years in the kitchen Marc would use his experience to support independent businesses as sales consultant for a broadline distributor. Just over a year ago Marc recently transitioned to his role at WOW! Factor desserts to continue supporting restaurants success with the most important course, dessert.
