I spent almost 10 years with Cactus Club as a Head Chef.

I am the current Vice President of the Edmonton Chefs Association, on the Board of Directors for the High School Culinary Challenge and an ambassador for the Burnt Chef Project. I've also worked briefly with Jay in the past on the Sysco Virtual Kitchen, he had me on Influencer Fridays to test product live on air.
