Chris Knight is the founder & CEO of Gusto TV - a food & travel channel now seen in +160 countries in English & Spanish.

He has written & produced more than 90 food television shows, authored 6 cookbooks, and worked with +40 TV hosts.
He is a visiting instructor at the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy where he teaches a course about the impact food TV has on global consumerism.
