Executive Chef

Born and raised in Mexico City. I started my culinary journey in Calgary around 10 years ago. I’m passionate about Mexican food. I've been privileged to be featured on Food Network's "Diners Drive-ins & Dives" and in "Savour" magazine.
Nowadays, you can find me at Canela Bridgeland, and Palios.

Recently, participated in the Mexican gastronomy week at the Mexican consulate in Calgary. Also, I occasionally team with talented chefs to host exclusive pop-up dinner events around the city. My food is contemporary Mexican, modern interpretations of traditional dishes flavours and ingredients.
With my creations I aim to elevate Calgary's food scene, using local ingredients and a Mexican heart.
