Randall Hom is the Co-founder and CEO of Hostie, the Virtual Concierge for restaurants that makes sure no call goes unanswered. Randall brings a unique mix of product, hospitality, and operator experience. He was previously a Product Designer at companies including Flexport, Instacart, and BetterWorks. Prior to starting Hostie, he founded Back to Back restaurant, recognized by The Infatuation and Eater as one of San Francisco's top date night spots.

Randall launched Hostie in April 2024 to help restaurants communicate with their guests, including Bacchus Management, Merchants Hospitality, Atomic Workshop, and Flour + Water. Since launch, Hostie has facilitated over 2 million conversations and 24 million messages. The company is backed by Obvious Ventures, Gradient, Scribble Ventures, Burst Capital, Behind Genius Ventures, and Thomas Layton, former CEO of OpenTable.
Based in San Francisco, Randall grew up in a family of restaurant owners, operators, and amateur winemakers, building a meaningful foundation for his love of restaurants
