FOOD & BEVERAGE SAMPLING, LIQUOR, & COOKING INFO

*** Note: Deadline to submit all Food & Beverage forms is August 23, 2026.

Exhibitors sampling and cooking food, beverages and/or liquor have additional rules & regulations and will be required to complete additional forms.

• Stampede Cooking Request Form (use to request cooking services from the Calgary Stampede Kitchen)
• Food & Beverage Sampling Form (complete this form if you plan on sampling food and or non-alcoholic beverages)
• Liquor Sampling Form (complete this form if you plan on sampling beverages containing alcohol)
• Food & Beverage Guidelines Document
• Cooler Destination Label
• Freezer Destination Label

MOVE IN INFO - STAMPEDE VOYAGE CONTROL

All vehicles must book specific times to gain access to the BMO Loading Dock area. If you are using third party contractors, delivery companies working on your behalf for move in, they must be scheduled through this process.

Go to the BMO Centre portal at http://calgarystampede.voyagecontrol.com/
Click the LOG IN/SIGN UP button to create an account. If you have an existing account from previous years or other venues that use Voyage Control you can use the same login info.

MOVE IN / OUT INFO

All exhibitors/sponsors must book a setup time with Stampede’s Voyage Control.  The link will be available in early August.

Move In Times:

• Friday, September 11, from 12pm to 8pm
• Saturday, September 12, from 11am to 7pm
• Sunday, September 13, from 8am to 10am
• Monday, September 14, from 8am to 10am

Move Out Times:

• Monday, September 14, from 4pm to 11:59pm

*** Exhibitors are not allowed to remove displays or booth materials before 4pm on Monday September 14th.
