Liana Robberecht

Chef Liana Robberecht is the visionary behind Brew & Bloom’s creative events and serves as the Creative Culinary Director, leading the kitchen team with intention and artistry. With a passion for edible florals and a love for creating thoughtful, beautiful dishes, she brings purpose and creativity to every culinary moment. Liana is a highly accomplished Canadian chef with a diverse culinary background and a deep commitment to promoting local ingredients, plant-based cuisine, and Canadian food identity. She has appeared on Food Network TV, contributed to the James Beard Foundation, and has been recognized with numerous medals and awards. Her work includes collaboration dinners—an expression of her belief that collaboration is community—and respected roles as a speaker, educator, and co-founder of local charities. She is also a proud member of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and a passionate contributor to the Terroir Symposium. Her floral-forward cooking style is rooted in her personal and professional philosophy: florals not only elevate the beauty of a dish, but also bring unique flavours and energetic properties that transform the dining experience.
