Laetitia Chrapchynski

Laetitia Chrapchynski is a Calgary-based chef who’s had the chance to cook in some amazing kitchens, from Le Fantôme in Montreal to Teatro and Saltlik in Calgary. From 2021 to 2023, she was the Executive Chef at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC, where she cooked for prime ministers, presidents, and senior level politicians. Back in Calgary, she’s been part of the local food scene as the culinary director at Donna Mac and Proof Cocktail Bar. She just wrapped up an externship at Next in Chicago with the Alinea Group, working on their Charlie Trotter tribute menu. Now she’s back home, excited to see what’s next!
