Born and raised in the vibrant land of spices, my culinary journey began amidst the rhythms of family farming, where I learned to respect the soil, the seasons, and the stories behind every ingredient. That early connection to nature sparked a lifelong passion for food and its power to bring people and cultures together.
After earning my Postgraduate degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts from West London College, I began my professional journey at the iconic Savoy Hotel, U.K., where I trained in the legendary Escoffier Kitchen. My love for French and European cuisine was born there and continues to inspire me today. I was fortunate to gain Michelin-star experience at the prestigious Savoy Grill under the guidance of Chef Marcus Wareing, part of Chef Gordon Ramsay’s culinary empire.
My culinary path led me to the breathtaking Canadian Rockies, where I worked with Fairmont Banff Springs, The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo , and Marriott Hotels. These experiences deepened my appreciation for local ecosystems and the importance of sustainable practices in large-scale culinary operations. From intimate weddings to corporate banquets, I’ve learned how to deliver quality at scale while honoring diverse culinary traditions.
I’m endlessly passionate about Asian and Mediterranean cuisine, and I strive to create dishes that are not only delicious but also environmentally responsible. I believe in designing menus that celebrate local farmers, reduce waste, and support biodiversity. My commitment to food sustainability and resilience is rooted in a deep respect for nature and a desire to give back to the community.
As a proud winner of Chopped Canada Season 3 on Food Network, I’ve thrived in high-pressure environments, always guided by safety, wisdom, and creativity. I remain a lifelong learner, driven by curiosity and a positive outlook that fuels my journey in this ever-evolving culinary world.
For me, cooking is more than a profession it’s a way to honor the planet, protect wildlife, and inspire others to make conscious choices through food.
