Over the past thirty years, Executive Chef Jason Moore has cultivated a desire to bring his clientele fresh, wholesome, and healthful food. A graduate of SAIT, he earned his reputation cooking at some of Calgary’s’ best: Smuggler’s Inn, Spruce Meadows, the Inn on Lake Bonavista, and the Petroleum Club, where he spent the past twenty years. Chef Jason takes his time to handpick the best locally grown ingredients and puts his heart into creativity and style. A celiac, he understands the difficulty one can often find in dining out, which is why Egg & Spoon places so much importance on diversity in our menu. He’s also an master in smoke house & charcuterie, bringing his expertise to our kitchens.
