Important Deadlines
- Aug 11 - Floorplans due (20' x 20' or greater exhibits)
- Aug 18 - Food/beverage sampling permits due
- Aug 22 - GES advance pricing deadline
- Aug 23 – Stampede Exhibitor services advance rate deadline
- Aug 29 - Last day for GES advance shipments
- Saturday Sept 6 from 2:00pm to 9:00pm
- Sunday Sept 7 from 9:00am to 7:00pm
