Executive Chef, Chartier

Crystal Higgins entered culinary school at 35 and quickly advanced into leadership. She captained the first all-female team to represent Canada at the 2024 Culinary Olympics, earning silver, and now serves as Executive Chef of Chartier in Beaumont.
