My name is Bradley Horseman and I am the bar manager of Salt & Brick. I have spent my entire life around the service industry, starting with my mom owning and operating various places in Saskatoon. I started cooking at 17 years old and remained in the kitchen until I was 27 when I moved to the bar, where I've been for the last 10 years, surrounding myself with the best minds around.
