I am a graduate of the Red Seal chef program at the Red Deer College. In my 30 plus years of experience in in the restaurant industry, I have started from the bottom as a dishwasher all the way to a Director of Culinary services. I have worked in many different restaurants and other food service areas with in the industry. Working at Moxie's, Smitty's as high paced restaurants in a management role. Working at Carver's Steak house at the Sheraton Cavalier, to working in a private members club at the Calgary Petroleum Club. I have also created several menus for different pubs with in the city of Calgary. This has all lead to were I am currently working for Revera in Red Deer,Ab as Director of Culinary Services for a Seniors Retirement facility.
