Chef Andrew Chipman brings 30 years of culinary experience, with a career that reflects both dedication and versatility. He spent a decade at Sonoma, where he refined his craft in a fast-paced, high-quality environment, and prior to that worked at Hotel Arts, gaining valuable experience in one of Calgary’s most respected kitchens.
For the past four years, Andrew has been an integral part of the Red’s Diner team, where his expertise, consistency, and leadership continue to make a lasting impact.

Outside the kitchen, Andrew enjoys playing golf and watching hockey, finding balance and inspiration both on the green and in the arena.
