For the past five years, Franki has brought her talent, warmth, and commitment to quality to Red’s Diner, now proudly joining the corporate executive team she is Known for her approachable leadership style and dedication to both her guests and colleagues, she blends professional excellence with genuine hospitality.

Outside the kitchen, Franki is a proud mother of two, drawing inspiration from family and the joy of sharing good food with loved ones.
