Amin holds a Master's in Computer Science from Simon Fraser University, where his focus was machine vision and machine learning. He was already applying that training to real industry problems long before AI was part of the mainstream conversation, and he understood this technology at a deep, technical level before he ever set foot in hospitality.

Then he crossed over, spending close to a decade as co-founder and CEO of Craver, working alongside thousands of independent coffee shop, restaurant and QSR operators, learning their world from the inside. Few people can speak to both the technology and the operator experience with that same depth of authority.
