Originally from India and now based in Canada since 2019, Rajganesh brings a global perspective and refined artistry to his pastry creations. His passion lies in crafting innovative desserts that celebrate seasonal fruits and explore dynamic textures, creating memorable culinary experiences for guests. Rajganesh is known for his commitment to continuous learning, staying at the forefront of pastry trends and techniques, and for his collaborative spirit as a keen observer and active listener in team environments. Now part of the The Wilder Institute/Calgary Zoo culinary team, Rajganesh is excited to contribute his creativity and expertise to a setting that values uniqueness and vibrancy in its food offerings.
